Onix Launches Strategic Customer Advisory Board to Accelerate Next-Gen Customer Solutions

April 3, 2024: Onix launched its inaugural Customer Advisory Board (CAB), comprising esteemed customers and industry experts who serve as a strategic powerhouse  for collaboration, feedback, and innovation to help evolve the Onix portfolio of cloud, data, and AI solutions.  

The launch of the Onix CAB marks a significant milestone in the company’s dedication to cultivating a customer-centric culture. This initiative underscores the unwavering commitment of Onix to strengthen relationships with valued clients while providing a forum for customers to engage with Onix leadership and industry peers.

The 13 members of the Onix Customer Advisory Board were selectively invited and represent top companies in a variety of industries, including  Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom and IT sectors.

Onix has partnered with The Congruity Group, a strategic customer engagement consultancy, to design and execute this ongoing initiative. The first CAB meeting took place in Miami in February 2024, marking the first in-person gathering of board members. Amid informal networking sessions, members engaged with the Onix leadership team over two days, with discussions centered on pivotal topics shaping future business strategies of both member organizations as well as Onix. These discussions included insights into the future of analytics, how to get started with AI adoption, and security as a business enabler.
