Sanjay has spent more than two decades as a business leader in private and publicly traded global technology companies and has led multiple Industry verticals and successfully incubated technology and hyperscaler cloud businesses focused on solving complex business problems for clients. Sanjay has extensive experience globally in the Google cloud ecosystem, particularly around cloud migrations, application modernization, data and AI/ML.

Patrick joined Onix after over a decade of managing the Google Cloud Customer Experience team. He has a long, successful track record of leading end-to-end customer journeys through Migration Services, Technical Account Management and Support, and Customer Advocacy. Patrick was instrumental in launching and growing the Google Cloud Professional Services team in order to help customers and partners get the most out of Google products.

Anil has over 25 years of experience in multiple finance roles, majority in the IT sector, across Americas, Europe and India. Most recently as CFO of Eviden, a 5B+ business at Atos in France. Prior to this, Anil was Group CFO at Syntel, a NASDAQ listed company, and has been leading multiple businesses in Atos as CFO post Syntel’s acquisition by Atos.

Ankur  has over 2 decades of  business experience and has  held  P&L leadership positions across leading technology services companies including HCLTech, DXC and Wipro. He  has also incubated, nurtured and scaled partnerships and delivered cloud-led digital transformations for Fortune 500 customers. Prior to Onix, he was the global leader for HCLTech’s Google Cloud ecosystem responsible for the  revenue strategy, partnership and the growth of the business unit.

A seasoned HR leader with over 25 years of international experience, including his recent role as SVP & Head of International HR at Birlasoft, John brings deep expertise in talent strategy, organizational design, and cultural transformation.

At Onix, he will drive our global people agenda, focusing on scalable talent models, continuous learning, leadership development, and an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.

Phil is the Chief Strategy Officer at Onix. A seasoned executive with over three decades of experience in the big data and technology domains, Dr.Shelley co-founded Datametica in 2013. His international experience spans across the USA, Germany, and the UK, where he has held prominent roles as EVP, CIO, CEO, and CTO. Dr. Shelley’s visionary leadership has been instrumental in driving Datametica’s continuous journey of innovation and technological advancement, positioning the company as a leader in the cloud technology domain.

Jessica is a marketing and communications leader with a proven track record of leading global marketing teams, creative partner marketing, building leading brands, and driving demand generation within hyperscaler partner ecosystems. Jessica joins Onix after a decade at regional and global systems integrators and Google Cloud partners.  

Niraj Kumar is the CTO at Onix, a member of the Forbes Technology Council, and an experienced IT professional with close to two decades of industry experience. Niraj co-founded Datametica Solutions. Known for his expertise in cloud services, big data, enterprise security, mobility, IoT, and social networks, Niraj excels in solving complex business challenges with cutting-edge, data-driven solutions and has been pivotal in establishing robust analytical frameworks, optimizing operations, and delivering transformative insights for Fortune 500 companies.

Rajiv is a technology evangelist and innovative leader with astute business acumen and over three decades of industry experience. In his previous role, he successfully led critical initiatives in the Big Data & Business Analytics domain for large Retailers, Telecom & Manufacturing organizations.

Through his high integrity, envision and energetic leadership, Rajiv has established Datametica and now Onix, as one of the leaders in the cloud technology landscape.

Deepak jointly co-founded Datametica in 2013 with focus on pioneering data technology and analytics. With the changing technology world, Datametica innovated itself to become leaders in the cloud environment. His previous experience includes analytics, big data, and business intelligence roles at Sears Holdings and Reliance Communications.

Scott is a Public Sector professional services and technical engineering lead with a long track record of developing high performing teams and building new lines of business.  After over a decade at Google, he now  plays a pivotal role in helping our government and education customers deliver for their constituents.

Ramnish is a technology strategist with over two decades of experience in working closely with Fortune 1000 enterprises, and helping them with their cloud transformation journeys.  He has gained wide industry recognition as a growth catalyst with a deep-rooted passion for customer success, technology-led business development, sales, and pre-sales.

Thomas Kraus brings expertise in AI, cloud solutions, and digital transformation, and will lead Onix’s innovation agenda in the years ahead.

Vittorio leads Onix’s strategic expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, bringing over 30 years of technology leadership to the team. With a focus on AI-led growth and enterprise modernization, he oversees the region’s go-to-market execution and localized customer success strategies.

Before joining Onix, Vittorio served as the EMEA Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of Partners and Alliances at Google Cloud. His deep industry expertise is further backed by senior leadership roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and a 21-year tenure at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). Based in Milan, Vittorio is dedicated to helping organizations bridge the gap between data modernization and transformative business outcomes.
