The Onix Geospatial Services team has achieved three additional Expertise designations in Google Cloud’s Partner Advantage program. This brings our Expertise total to four. The newly earned categories include SMB, Law and Government and Asset Tracking.
In July, Onix announced it received its Expertise in Google Maps Platform. This collection of expertise designations means that Onix’s Geospatial team has demonstrated leadership and know-how in the location-based service space across different markets and use cases.
According to Google Cloud, partners with an Expertise, “have demonstrated customer success by product, workload, and/or industry based on a defined set of requirements.”
The Onix Geospatial team of 13 has ensured its members are “trained, tested, and certified on their proficiency with Google Cloud products and solutions.” The team also has four Maps-certified members with degrees in Geographical Information Systems (GIS).
Each of the team’s sales reps and engineers dedicates themselves daily to assisting customers with their geospatial business challenges and Google Maps Platform.
“We are committed to providing every one of our Google Maps Platform customers with personal service and deep geospatial expertise to build a Maps strategy that best suits their organization’s needs,” noted Derek Imes, head of the Onix Geospatial team. “The latest Google Cloud Expertise designations demonstrate our ability to address location-based challenges in different sectors with tailored solutions.”
Onix is one of the original Google Cloud partners in the location-based service space — working with Google Maps Platform since its inception.
