Onix has successfully achieved Expertise in Google Maps Platform as a part of Google Cloud’s Partner Advantage Program. Achieving this Expertise means that Onix has demonstrated strong customer success with Google Maps Platform.

Onix is one of the original Google Cloud partners in the location-based service space — working with Google Maps Platform since its inception. The growing, dedicated Geospatial Services team of 13 has four Maps-certified members with degrees in Geographical Information Systems, all dedicated to assisting customers with their geospatial business challenges.

“Our customers benefit from our strong foothold in this space,” said Derek Imes, head of the Geospatial team. “We help them build a location-based services strategy that takes advantage of the bulk pricing we receive from Google Cloud. This means customers save money while solving real business problems. That can lead to increased visibility and more revenue.”

Every day customers use Google Maps Platform to deliver real-world insights and location intelligence to help visualize data, understand context and develop insights on how to better connect and engage with customers and deliver seamless geo-location experiences.

Thanks to Google’s cloud-based mapping APIs, combined with Onix's location-based services expertise, any size organization in any industry can take advantage of this location intelligence.
