Change is inevitable and technology is guiding the way, but we can only move forward with strong leadership and the desire to better ourselves.
Any Advice for Someone Looking to Do What You Do?
My biggest advice is that you don't need a specific degree to do what I do — the world gets caught up in having a degree when you can easily learn by doing. Listen and observe what your mentors or co-workers teach you and act on it. Be a sponge. Also, in professional services, remember to listen to the customer. We often get lost in quickly saying yes or no to things, but this role gives you the opportunity to think out of the box.
