The National Air and Space Intelligence Center, with headquarters at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio is the primary Department of Defense producer of foreign aerospace intelligence. Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp. has received a contract from the U.S. Air Force National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) to continue providing Measurement and Signature Intelligence and Advanced Geospatial Intelligence (MASINT/AGI) to warfighters through the Advanced Technical Exploitation Program (ATEP). The ATEP, previously known as the measurement and signature intelligence / advanced geospatial intelligence (MASINT/AGI) program will help the NASIC ensure that U.S. decision makers and the armed forces can accurately monitor and assess the capabilities of their enemies.

The Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) is aligned under the Program Executive Officer, Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS). The mission remains as always; to support all Army customers' commercial IT requirements — quickly and economically. CHESS works diligently with other Army Knowledge Management (AKM) partners including the Army CIO-G6, the Installation Management Agency (IMA) and NETCOM to provide architecturally sound standards and policy compliant IT enterprise solutions to all Army posts, camps and stations around the world.
