Renewal Sales Support Representative

    Onix is seeking qualified individuals to lead renewal efforts for the Renewal Sales Support Representative role. This is a customer facing role that will demand interaction with IT professionals in many different verticals including, Small/Mid-Market Business to Large Enterprises, Educational Institutions, Local, State and Federal Government Agencies.

    Primary Responsibilities

    This role will require the Renewal Sales Support Representative to engage in renewals sales cycle activities to secure business through email and calling campaigns and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to grow renewal business revenue throughout the US and Canada.

    Required Skills and Experience
    • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and secure renewal business.
    • Prepare and send budgetary price quotes to customers in a timely manner to ensure renewals are closed on time.
    • Meets and exceeds assigned annual renewal target.
    • Follow best practices and processes to manage renewals within assigned territory.
    • Track and report on renewals progress to Onix Account Managers.
    • Engage in renewals sales cycle activities to secure business through email and calling campaigns.
    • Prepare and send budgetary price quotes to customers in a timely manner to ensure renewals are closed on time.
    • Properly identify potential upsell opportunities to maximize growth.
    • Work closely with business partners to develop a positive working relationship and maintain up-to-date information on renewals processes, campaigns and changes to technology.
    • Prioritize weekly and monthly renewal activities to maximize quarterly renewal revenue.
    • Utilize Salesforce to properly document, report and forecast current and future renewal opportunities.
    • Assist in executing campaigns targeted to existing customers.
    • Assist in other sales and marketing administrative tasks as needed.
    Preferred Skills and Experience
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Highly motivated, well-organized and flexible
    • Customer relationship skills (able to communicate via phone / email)
    • Proven ability to perform in a fast and dynamic work environment
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
    • Strong sales and customer service experience a plus.
