Inside Sales Associate

Onix is seeking highly motivated self-starters for inside sales opportunities. These positions will focus on selling cloud computing, enterprise search and geospatial solutions to government and corporate accounts in the US and Canada.

Primary Responsibilities

The role includes cold calling for sales and marketing events as well as lead generation. This individual will assist with developing and implementing marketing plans and sales strategies which meet both the personal and business goals of expanding the customer base in the US and Canada.

  • Generate qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, direct mail, email and networking
  • Team up with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Assist with the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls and prospecting activities including follow-up activities
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Customer relationship skills (able to communicate via phone / email)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
