Unlike a static knowledge base that are written in response to questions that might be asked, RightAnswers uses questions from the real world to dynamically create the answers that our customers need on a daily basis.

The Knowledge Cycle is unique to RightAnswers and helps us produce the most accurate and relevant content in the industry. Here's how it works...

If you have a question and can't find a Knowledge-Pak with the correct solution, simply click the, "Request a New Solution" button at the bottom of the page. Within minutes, you'll receive a confirmation that we're working on your answer and, no later than the next business day, we'll email the correct answer directly to you. After that, we add the new solution to the knowledge base so that it is immediately available to our entire customer community.

In addition to actively supplying new solutions on demand, we also aggregate questions from thousands of support centers around the globe on a daily basis. We analyze this usage data to determine where we need more depth and where we need new titles.
