    • Onix Apps Manager enables Administrators in a domain to hand out the ability to make certain “delegated” changes.  It allows Administrators to crate “groups” of users and then assign that group a set of services that they can perform
  • GAL Gadget
    • The Onix GAL Gadget provides a user interface within a GMail account to view domain users and groups (with members).  A user can browse their address list without going to the “Contacts” app.
  • AD Password Sync
    • The Onix AD Password Sync tool intercepts password update events on Active Directory including the creation of accounts, admin updated accounts and user updated accounts.  Password pdates are encryped and sent to Google Apps.
  • Google-to-Google
    • G2G Docs/Sites Migrator allows Google Docs or Google Sites to be migrated from one domain to another simply.  All access rights and users along with any collections are copied to the new domain.

  • ChatBot
    • The Chatbot application provides automated sorting and assignment of support requests using the Google Talk chat system. To access a domain’s support channel, the user simpy invites the Chatbot to a chat session and from there the user is routed to the appropriate Help Desk representative.
  • Directory for Google Apps
    • Provides a directory of all users and groups in the primary and non-primary domains, including Shared Contacts. User directory lists First Name, Last Name, Title, Department, Phone # along with a clickable email address.
  • Onix Dual Delivery Wizard for Microsoft Exchange
    • Onix Dual Delivery Wizard for Microsoft Exchange allows administrators to create a set of Exchange forwarding contacts for use with Google Apps or any other platform. The application supports full delta capability -- Allowing administrators to phase the creation and association with contacts.
