Independent Connectivity Applications

Here are some applications that are extracted from many of the Hummingbird Connectivity solutions and can be used as a stand-alone application. The Security products require the installation of one of the Connectivity products.

Hummingbird InetD™ 10 - provides PCs with the full functionality of a UNIX workstation, enabling peer-to-peer connectivity among PCs and workgroups by implementing server functions for TCP/IP-based applications.
Hummingbird FTP™10 - is a client implementation of the File Transfer Protocol that has been completely integrated with Windows Explorer. This allows users to transfer files between a PC and a remote server.
HostTest - simulates a System/390 host server, an AS/400 host server as well as a UNIX system. It also decodes 3270 and 5250 datastreams and provides interactive play back. Stress test display and printer sessions are also included.
